Where can I buy Avery products?
You can buy our products via Internet (www.averywear.com) or at selected stores that are close to you. Retailers can be found on our website just select the retailer location menu.

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept Paypal, bank transfer and prepayment.

How does shipping work?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive confirmation by email and once the product has been shipped you will also receive shipping confirmation. Shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is generally free, whereas orders from other EU countries have to pay shipping fees, which can be seen during the order-process.
Please note that international (non-EU) customers may have to pay additional duties or taxes.

Which company is bringing your product?
The fastest way to ship our Avery products is via DPD and Österreichischen Post AG.

What sizes do the wooden watches have?
All our watches can be adjusted to your wrist size. The Avery watchbands are extra-long and they can be simply shortened with the provided tool. Together with the tool and our instructions you have everything necessary to adjust your wristband.

Is there any significant difference in the wood grains between Avery products?
Each Avery watch is unique because of the entirely different wood grain and colouring in each watch. We love uniqueness, which. makes our watches something extraordinary.

What happens in case of rain or moisture?
All our products are covered by a clear organic varnish that protects your Avery and makes it weather resistant.

Nevertheless, there are some tips to consider:
· We recommend the use of beeswax to prolong the natural resilience of our products.
· Should the watch parts become stiff because of moisture, this will disappear after drying.
· Direct water contact with water should be avoided, even though it is generally not a problem for our products.

How can I take care of my Avery product?
Wood is a material that is constantly working and moving. This effect is intensified by humidity and sweat. From time to time you should clean your Avery with a clean cloth and beeswax to protect it from environmental influences.

How should I store my Avery?
Keep it in a dry place with a temperature between -10 °C and +35 °C.

My Avery is broken! What can I do?
Every Avery has a 1-year guarantee and 1-year warranty. If a defect should occur, then we will be glad to help you. Simply send us an email that includes a photo and a short detailed description of the failure to office@averywear.com.

How long is the warranty on Avery products?
The manufacturer’s guarantee is for 12 months and there is also a 12 month warranty on all our products. In order for the guarantee to be valid, we need the original bill of purchase. If the watch is irreparable, it will naturally be replaced. If the same model is no longer available, you will receive the successor model.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Glass damage
  • Loss and theft
  • Damage caused by non-authorized persons in connection with repairs or battery replacement.
